This is a 3-story house, but for the purpose of this challenge, I am only sharing the main floor living areas. This is a very large house with a guest suite on the main floor.

There is a Walk-in Pantry right off of the kitchen.

There is lots of wood in the dining room.

I wanted the Powder Room to be different, so I used old barn wood for the walls and tin for the wainscot.

The Guest Bedroom en-suite is very large with a separate water closet.

There is also a walk-in closet.

This is the Guest Bedroom Walk-in Closet.

Great Room

The Great Room has views of the stairwell, dining room, upstairs loft, and kitchen, as well as a double-sided fireplace between the Great Room and the Dining Room.

Laundry Room

The Laundry Room is on the same hallway as the Guest Bedroom for easy access.

Kitchen

The Kitchen has access to the Mud Room and Garage.

There is also a Butler's Pantry.

Mud Room

The Mud Room includes a utility closet which houses the furnace/AC, breakers and hot water heater, and can be accessed through the Garage or the Kitchen.

The Office and Powder Room are connected to the Mud Room.

This is the private Water Closet in the Guest Bathroom.

This is my favorite room. It has wood galore and is decorated with a nautical theme.

This is the Butler's Pantry or prep room. It can also be used for storage. It is accessible through the Kitchen or Dining Room.

Like the en-suite, the Guest Bedroom is also quite large.

There is also access to the porch.
