Hi everyone. I have added beams on few rooms in my project and im trying to hide the beams when im on "3d view". on 3d view when there is a beams I can't see the interior, I have tried to uncheck the "roof" on view settings but the checkbox is not responding. Hi, I have an issue with textures on imported .glb files. They used to display correctly, but now they appear stretched on vertical surfaces. I’ve attached an old render (correct) and a recent one (incorrect). I sent a question to support but I haven't had an answer for a week. Please address this issue urgently.

Hello, I just noticed i've been being charged for the service although i cancelled my suscription on February 2025. It's been 3 months the payment went under without me even noticing after it changed the payment date, without even a notification e-mail. I just cancelled again but I NEED a refund for at least this month. I haven't been using the service as I thought it was cancelled and you can see it on my profile.
