The Art Academy - Back to School
Welcome to the Art Academy an independent college teaching art, history of art and graphic design. Set in a city environment this small institution offers a select course tailored to the individual. The college has residential packages if required and I have shown two occupied dormitory style rooms, more stylish than offered on the larger style campus.

Lecture room
The lecture room is spacious and stylish…each class can accommodating a maximum number of 8 students …to ensure each student has individual attention and focus.
The walls are hung with a mix of artworks, some maybe of former students.
The classroom overlooks the courtyard gardens.
Views across the city skyline can be viewed from the large picture window.
The art institute is entered via these ornate wrought iron gates.
Dorm 1
The dormitory accommodation consists of a single room with ensuite shower..the fixtures and fittings are identical but students are encouraged to personalise their rooms during their tenures with individual bed linen and art works. Two of the walls are covered in cork tiling for this very purpose.
This room is currently occupied by a female student and is decorated to reflect her feminine tastes.
Although compact theses units are very well equipped and sort after with the students who enrole.
Courtyard
The well maintained green space is a luxury commodity within this urban area and a huge bonus for the students, especially those who are residential.

Dorm 2
The second dormitory shows our male student relaxing and the subtle changes in decor from his classmate along the hallway.

Friendly staff are always available for help, directions and general queries.
A touch card entry system is in operation for the students.
The reception offers a stylish spacious area for relaxing or research.

WOW Karen!!! This is a BRILLIANT design!! Such beautiful, well thought out classroom areas, with those ultra-hip red leather benches, the courtyard is so inviting and ohh those dorms!! I love how you showed us the 2 dorm rooms and I was so impressed at how efficient they are but also so stylish!! I bet there's a long waiting list to get into this incredible school!
