Modern Farmhouse

I designed this house for a large family, the Johnson family. They have 4 daughters so they need lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.
I imagined they live on a farm, in the countyside, so I chose the farmhouse style, with modern touches, suit to a today family!
I really hope you enjoy watching these renders and that you liked my overall job because I worked a lot to finish it and finally post it! Enjoy :D

I put all of the common living areas and the master bedroom with the master bathroom on the first floor and the second floor is all for the kids. It is a functional layout that I love!

Nursery

This is the baby's bedroom and playroom or the nursery. She is a 1-year-old little girl named Katie which has a room suit to a little princess. Colours pink and white are contrasting with the elegant wallpaper creating an atmosphere than any girl would like and the toys give a fun touch to the room.

Terrace

The Johnsons have a big terrace on their backyard where they can relax at the firepit or on the swing or they can host dinner parties at the big table in the summer.

Sarah's Bedroom

Sarah is ten and she has a twin sister named Jenny but they are very different. Sarah loves to paint so I made her a fun space where she can do it and expose her paintings. She also loves cats (there is her cat Luna beside her bed).

Hallway

Powder Bath

A big table where everyone has a seat is very important for a big family. There are even more seating at the island in the kitchen that is connected to the dining room.

Storage is very important so I put extra cabinets in the powder bath/laudry room for towels or washing powder.

Lauren's Bathroom

Because Lauren is the eldest and she needs privacy, I made her own bathroom with a shower.

Kitchen

This kitchen is perfect for a big family like the Johnson family. It is custom-made for this space. They have a large walk-in-pantry right off the kitchen for additional storage, a large family sink and range and a bar for hosting family and friends.

Jenny's Bedroom

Jenny is Sarah's twin sister as I sad before. She loves music and dogs (the dog in her room is her dog named Ginger). They have two identical bedrooms at structure but so different at design.

Bathroom

This is the bathroom of the twins and the baby so I had to make it fun and girly! Pink, white and gold really halped me do it and I put some plants, too, for more life and contrast to the pink tile and vanity

Lauren's Bedroom

I designed this bedroom for a 16-year-old girl named Lauren. She is the eldest kid in the Johnson family and she loves clothes and fashion. I made her a pretty and functional room at the same time using girly colours and materials.
