I created this for free for someone who was asking for help how to layout their studio unit. She wanted to have a partition for the bedroom.
My suggestions:
>> Partition - sliding glass doors (NOT floor to ceiling) so you can still let the air and natural light into the living space
>> Bed - Looks like the ceiling is not high enough for a bunk or loft bed so I suggest raised/platform bed or murphy bed
>> space saving furniture like nesting tables or folding tables, sofa bed
