A home, where peaceful happiness with your family is a treasure. The word Akòn, is a waray-waray dialect, meaning Mine. As this is my world, my virtual world that aims to cater the dream from our reality, so welcome to MY METAVERSE! This eDesign concept delivers spaces that are essential and multifunctional. 1st Floor: Double entry, living room, kitchen and dining, guest toilet, laundry room, home office, kids room & outdoor area. 2nd Floor: All 3 bedrooms with bathroom and walk-in closet and including a long hallway & balcony.
Master bathroom design concept was an emphasis of ZEN. A bathroom that designed beyond the aim of its function but created for indulging and relaxing bath with spa-like experience and a free-form shower to ignite senses of freedom in the space.
The bathtub and shower is placed in a raised platform to highlight the area.
The toilet is semi-closed up with screen walls.
This home office maybe at home but is design like an executive office. This part is the main working space with the desk area and client meeting space.
This is the other side of the home space, reserve for breaks during working days. It has a full glass wall to wall of floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding, combined seamlessly. To enjoy the view and have outdoor access, which can be used as well as a separate entrance just for the office.
A coffee/beverage station in the mid-room is available in the space too.
Serenity, relaxing and the dream vacation get-away in your own bedroom.
Bed centred to a glass folding door that opens to a balcony. With drapes around the bed creates a privacy and with the wind blowing in brings more vacation vibe while you lie down on your bed.
A working/study desk with seating area is a must nowadays in your home. Along with a beverage station and a wall vertical garden.
Seating by the fireplace for watching movies in the bedroom or a reading area.
Master bedroom entrance with a decorative partition that screens off the bed area.
Upper floor hallway by the stairs with glass walls. One side of the hallway facing to back inner area of this home, has a floor to ceiling wall to wall windows to maximise the views, for natural to flow in and make the space feel more open yet still considerably private.

Kid's Playroom. With a playful sofa where kids can seat and watch TV on one side and on the other side lounge while playing.
Small table set for learning and playing.
Tepee and and lounges in this wider space for more fun and playing. Complete with storage boxes for toys that double as a seating area.
This laundry room is a multifunctional space, from laundry, ironing & folding chores, sewing, DIY workspaces or arts & craft table, for even school projects with your kids to a small planting hobby.

The semi-enclosed balcony. A two symmetrical seating area that a unique slabs/ slots of ceiling that is continued as wall wrapping.

Muted and subdued featured wall and furnishings to streamlined with the white slotted beams while keeping it as highlight of the space.
Kids bathroom with double single vanities opposite each other. As well as enclosed shower and a separated bathtub.
All bathroom features trash bin with sensor for hygienic purposes.

I didn't design this in consecutive days and not full day designing. But I think rough estimate would be ranging 1 week or 2 because its a big project. Then depending on how long in a day you would work on it, alterations along the way and rendering process.
