#Kitchen Contest..... Kitchen Confidential
Using the customised range of kitchen units I have created a bespoke kitchen to serve this rural cabin. Many kitchens act as heart of the home and this semi rustic interior is designed as exactly that. The central island doubles as a dining table as well as a cooking space with it multi burner range and integral sink. The customised units surround the island on three sides and bi-fold doors lead through to the sitting room. To either side of the kitchen sliding doors will lead you out to small covered seating areas.

I called this design Kitchen Confidential as a tribute to the wonderful chef and tv personality Anthony Bourdain who sadly died last year. I think this larger than life personality would have been happy cooking up a storm here or just chillin' in this rural cabin location.

Space Showcase 23 Renders
Limed wood clad cabin with simple outside areas to either side of the kitchen.
Living Room
multiple sliding doors lead directly out onto the rural location, and this sitting room has a fireplace as its central focal point.
Two of the customised cabinets have been used in this area as well as the kitchen.
The whole interior has been deliberately photographed with the exterior light option to create a natural wintertime feel.
Bi-fold doors separate the two rooms, making it the ideal entertainment space.

The chairs have been covered with green leather fabric to harmonise with the kitchen units and the rural landscape.
A touch of kitsch in the form of this collage wallpaper.
Additional shelving has been inserted between the kitchen units for display purposes.

Wow! What a wintry, wonderful retreat! I love the contemporary feel of the exterior amidst the rural setting. And then I stepped inside! The atmosphere you created is so warm and so beautiful. You did an amazing job with the custom cabinetry! I can't believe this is your first design using them. Your lighting is superb, and that wallpaper might be the star of the show! This is incredible my friend!!

Wow I was seriously impressed with the ease and comfort in utilizing the customized cabinets and creating this cabin with its wonderful elegant and classic vibe! I loved the use of wood throughout and how the dimmed light create such a wonderful ambience. The cabin sits comfortably in its environment and makes such a welcoming picture! So well done!
