Modern Suite Apartment
The style of the apartment is overlooking the sunlit sky. My idea was to attempt to make a monotone color apartment that appears vibrant while it is getting to be dusk or dawn. The scenery of the city brings in the color from outside into the apartment or leaves it to be the modern design it was meant to be.
This was an assignment given to me by my professor just to get back into the program and getting back into my creative thinking. The assignment was to make a 550sqft luxury apartment, condo or small bungalow, and without a budget, we are able to let our mind run wild.
The point of view you will have when you first enter the apartment. you take in the breathtaking view of the city. While entering, the first asset that is seen is the dining table, and the coffee table for the main living area.
The view if you were sitting on the couch is of the dining table and the kitchen. the balcony door is visible from this location too. The far door on the left is to the privatized living area (bedroom), and beside the washroom is next to the living area. Yes I am aware that I forgot to add a fridge.
Beautiful shot from the dining table, looking toward the corner window in the living area.
The washroom is a sleek and monotone room, with the accent of having the dark or light colors that complement the monotone greys.
A balcony with the outstanding view of the city and the wonderful sky before the night rolls in. There is enough space for entertaining guests or relaxing in the morning with a hot cup of jo.
The point of view from the moment the bedroom door is opened. The room is simplistic with carpeted floors and a desk for basic work and study needs.
Wall hung shelves with 2 or 3 decorations help to give the room a modern feel.
