Happy New Year! This loft apartment has been decked out for a luxury black tie celebration. The new year is full of hope and wishes for a greater prosperity for all. The sparkle and shining gold and silver of this party reflect all those hopes and wishes for better things to come.

I chose this model to work with because it made a unique environment for a wonderful party. Also, the archway in this model immediately begged to be strung with decorative lights.

The room has been made ready for a dinner party of close friends while also being ready for a much larger gathering to follow of many more good friends.
To keep the room from feeling too closed off, a large sliding door was added from the bedroom to the dining room. However there are curtains in the bedroom which can be closed over these doors for privacy.
A dinner party awaits for a close group of friends along with a small gift to bring in the new year.
The small enclosed patio area is furnished to host an even larger gathering of friends with plenty of extra seating for all, yet allowing for opportunities for more intimate conversations.
The living room may have odd angles, but a rounded couch makes the space feel less awkward and more cozy while also providing some separation from the dining room.
The entrance to the master bedroom is just off the living room. This allows for the master bedroom to be more closed off with the sliding doors and curtains, yet still easily accessible when the bedroom is not "party ready."

Master Room
The master bedroom continues the glamour and silver and gold of the rest of the space so that it flows nicely into the rest of the rooms.
