A semi-open space layout for commercial space with integration of natural elements with the design concept. Features an air unit handling to bring fresh clean and saturated air from outside without impurities and balanced ventilation. Elegant and casual at the same time.
The Executive Office, feature iFresh air handling unit, that bring fresh clean air with no dust and smell, for this window less office and having just sky light for natural light. The unit is suitable for 1 room ventilation but multiple installations are applied in this building to be sufficient.
Comfort and layout workflow are given emphases in this space since it is small and long in size.
Behind the workspace is a Wave form cork wall that serves as division for the rest rooms (Ladies & Gents) and the staff room.
At the end of the cork wall and the end corner of the building is the back entrance complete with security podium and infrared thermometer. Designated for staff check since it situated near the staff room and for the entrance and exit purposes in the back entrance of the building.

The building has some glass ceiling and some floor to ceiling windows to bring natural light in and merge the work space to nature from sky view to the natural environment on the building's surroundings.
Ladies
Minimal in design and all natural inspired. Both restrooms are design similar with the difference of the facility purpose and also complete ifresh air unit to regulate clean fresh air and breath healthily in this small and window less bathroom.
Staff Room
Staff room is provided with all extra convenience so it is not just a mere locker room. in this angle shows the toilet/wash area and changing room.
