Homestyler Floor Planner for Web

City Apartment

Design on a minimalist apartment in a skyrise block. Decided to try and take the photos in a dimmer light with a dark city backdrop to give it a different feel as opposed to other designs I've done. Also included some well light photos to show what it would look like in the daytime/natural light.

Floor Plan 224.48㎡

I wanted the largest area at the front to have the view as the centerpiece, then a kitchen with knocked through walls. The bedroom was pushed off to the side so that it and the en-suite wouldn't obstruct anything.
Not many items as I wanted a minimal look so not to draw away from the view

Full length mirror next to the wall length closet to maximise space for clothes and to declutter.

View from head of the bed, minimal so not to crowd the space as its an apartment.

Minimal, well lit with geometric touches.

Island with storage facing the fridge and dishwasher. Marble splashback/walls and red as an acecnt colour.

Knocked through walls to connect the space up.
