Can't open designs

I can't open any design, all I get is the bouncing "loading..." symbol but nothing ever loads. My designs are quite old (2018) so would this be the problem

Hello, The designs created before 2022 can not be edited or opened anymore for the version upgrade, and we have made announcement during the year 2021 to inform users to transfer their designs to further version. Sorry for the inconvenience.
