Is this a glitch??

Almost as soon as I post a new design someone ends up liking/commenting it and when I click on their profile they almost always have at leats 3 designs and thousands of likes?? And all the designs were created on the  same day? Most of them say 22 July 2022. Is this a glitch are they hackers? What is going on?? They have no other designs too.  Or they have 0 likes and 0 designs but hundred of followers!
