Hi! I've noticed that some models are disappeared (for example, lightning, like spots and tracks). How can i return it? Thank you in advance.

Found track/spot lights in design interface when you choose custom ceiling. Place them in your favorites so you can easily find them at a later date.

Hello, the models may has been removed from our tool after our new version released.

Hi, they dissapeared from history also. They available in previous projects, and I can find them with ID if I know it, but earlier I saw it in search results using key words like "track light", or could find it scrolling the catalod (ceiling lights), and now I don't.
