Построении дома

При построении дома, как можно поднять пол на уровень цоколя, который построили?  И как убрать потолок только над верандой?

Hello, You can draw a plane in 'Interior Modeling' and give the plane a thickness to add the height of the floor. And you can unshow the ceiling from balcony by this way:
