I agree. I wish they could just admit that they have issues. I love this app. There isn't anything else like it that I'm aware of, so, put up with it we must! Love ya darling! Enjoy your weekend as well!

I agree! Wooo They were telling me exactly the same!!! It's my device!!!🤣 Once I had some issue when I couldn't design cause it didn't open at all. They told me to update my device and I told them it's impossible to upd smth that's new🤣 They decided to help🙄 Actually, from my experience , the only things are related to the device are items that are moving slowly while designing and not all the items can be used, cause device can't open large mb items.That's it!

You have no need to apologize my love. I totally understand real life and following lots of people. I try to go to everyones pages as well. Sometimes I spend so much time looking at others designs, I don't have time to design myself. It would just be nice to see all of those that you follow actually show up under the following tab. It's usually the same people over and over. It's almost like they have some weird algorithm in place. Anyway, thank you for your kindness and support my dear friend.

They do. It's quite annoying. I only asked because I have others that tell me they only see my designs by going to my page. I'm having issues with other things as well right now. I've sent HS messages through Discord like they asked, but it still takes them so long to answer, and when they finally do, it's really not helpful! They always make it sound like it's me or my device. It's getting quite old.

So I'm sorry if I'm late, cause I'm not always able to check all the users one by one from my list🥺 besides I was so busy with real life these weeks, so just went to some I spotted in the community..It's a shame we face that.. Hopefully, they will fix that one day. Btw I think you have to try to email hs, at least they will know about it from more users..

Well I have to go to your page, cause e.g. just now I saw your new design and went to check it in the community, but it shows with a huge delay, like between 13 hrs ago designs, so obviously users don't go back to see "old" designs..oh I'm wondering why some of us have such issues. I noted there are lots of users with the same problem..Once I emailed the HS team about this, but they said 'oh that's because of time difference ' lol They always find excuses for their glitches 🙄
