Peach Skin
Peach skin fabric...a soft velvety artificial take on lightweight suede ... just perfect for home furnishing and can be found amongst this sprawling hacienda type home. Decorated in Pantone colour of the year Peach fuzz is a delicate shade that sits between orange and pink in the colour charts and has been teamed up herewith light woods, polished terracotta tiles and the occasional glint of brass to create a home of warming, welcoming colours. Corridor
The polished terracotta tiles and soft peach tones of this corridor zigzag throughout the property.
A small inner seating area can be found to one end of this corridor.
One of the outside areas has a small fun bar area and semi covered pergola.
The peach tones extend to the rendering of some of the exterior with paving tiles and finishes.
There is a choice of seating areas around this terrace area.
....with a secluded area for maybe a siesta.
The terrace sits on three sides of this single storey property, with doors from most rooms having access .

Bedroom
The bedroom is a harmonious space with a feature raised section where behind the bed a panel of lights creates a interesting feature, whilst casting soft light over the area. A glass panel separates the area leading to the shower room.
French doors lead to the terrace and garden room area.
I have made subtle changes to this glass panel to blend perfectly with the colour scheme.
A compact bathroom with spacious shower is tucked away to the left of the room.
Hallway
THe small hallway leading from the entrance to the kitchen is used as an office space. I particularly like the contrast of light and dark throughout this home with the multiple shadows reflecting in the polished tiles.
Kitchen
THe kitchen/dining room complete with fireplace and seating areas is spacious with triple aspect windows.
Terrace
A semi covered terrace cum garden room has plenty of relaxed seating options and is a great entertaining overspill area.
A fresco on one wall adds interest and character.
The shadows and tones of this room add contrast and a contrasting brickwork is seen on two walls.
LivingRoom
Shaded from the sun by the roller blinds the main sitting room is an serene play on delicate peach tones combined with terracotta and accents of colour glass and perspex.
I have deliberately left the lighting low in this room ..an oasis from the heat.
Looking through from the sitting room into the hallway office and then further to the kitchen area.
