Originally designed as a loft style floor plan with no second level and very soft cottage style interior colors and flooring. I have since remodeled and redesigned the whole project. Giving it a fresh look with more up to date/modern interior.

With the redesign and remodel of the floor plan, I have given it a fresh look with more up to date/modern interior that is more pleasing to the eye and removing unnecessary rooms plus reducing kitchen size a tad.. What it looked like before vs now is day and night!

Living room #2. Next to the main living room/entrance. This would be the main gathering place to sit and relax and watch tv.. Built in wall unit housing the fireplace is the focal point of the whole room and probably my favorite.Not a single inch of space was wasted here.

This is a shower came out remarkable i have to say. What the bathroom looked like before was awful and so this more up to date look really lends a pleasing look.
