Dorm rooms are on average 288 square ft. I made mine a little less than double that because I would like space for everything. I also would not want to be squished in so I have space to move around when needed.
I have an open closet because it allows me to showcase my best clothing. It also takes up less space in the room.
This is my desk area where I can study for exams and such. I also have a mini-fridge since there is no kitchen. I would be using the cafeteria for most of my meals at the school but I can keep beverages and snacks cool there. There is also a microwave for ramen and such things.
My inspiration for the general living room was from Pinterest and my own room at home. This space includes a bed, a closet, and a desk for studying. I also have many many books because I love reading, as well as a cat, cause I would miss my cat at home (even though you're not allowed pets).
This is the hallway. There is a coat and shoe rack for all my guest's belongings. There is also a mirror so I can check my outfits before I go out. I have the same desk chair in my room at home.
Same hallway/entrance as the photo above.

The bathroom has all the essentials. Because the theme in the living room was pink and beige, I went with a cool-toned blue/green theme for the bathroom.
The vanity is a really nice size for I am able to do my skincare and makeup every morning/night. There is also a nice shower so I wouldn't have to use the communal washrooms which are gross.
