#ValentineContest-demo_: Hearts and Roses for my sweet!
a Heart in a heart in the heart of the city! An apartment shaped around the hopes and dreams of a girl who is in love with LOVE. Mixing shades of Red and White creating the shades of pink was the main aim of the color palette. Using rich and rosy gold tones, marble and velvet.....and a touch of arty whimsey. The hero of the space must be the spiral staircase leading you all the way up to a loft area! Hope you enjoy the special Valentines styling for the photo shoot!

The floorplan was designed in the form of a giant heart with another heart shaped annex linked to it. The main building was made into a double height with a loft area on top.

This is the view from the double volume open space into the loft area.
Imagine yourself in the body of cupid flying in and watching from above down the impressive spiral staircase, trying to hide behind the crystal chandelier.......That is what you'll see in the next few pictures.

It's night time in the heart of the city...and inside the table is set for a celebration of love.
They used curved furniture to follow the curves of the building. The richest of coral pink with the softness of shell pink.....lush shaggy rug and the luxury of velvet to touch on the sofa...what's not to love?
Red roses for the sweet lady of the house!
This is the bottom stairs of the spiral staircase....and the favorite place for Rosy to observe....
Master Bedroom
Love and romance was the main aim when this room was decorated. Was it successful? Take the tour and see if you agree.
Soft, feminine, romantic.
Red roses and breakfast in bed.....what a way to greet the day!
This apartment has an unusual shape and they also added touches of whimsey in adding décor items and art.
Plenty of closet space....
The feminine touches was continued in the bathroom.
The big soaker tub nestling in it's own little corner....

In the loft area you'll find this seating area on the one side.
and the find an office area on the other side of the loft area.

AMAZING TRANSFORMATION... wonderful looking home with that spectacular staircase. Beautiful elegant Valentines confection with great close up shots and unique angles. There nothing tacky about this romantic interior ..just a class act. I so enjoyed the rich fabrics you introduced here Hester along with the semi rough brickwork of the walls.. a triumph of terrific textures and happy harmony of pink!!!

How beautiful is this! And so much fun! A great tribute to love and romance! I love that you added a 2nd floor- very cool! And giving us Cupid's view! You put so many clever details for us to find and such clever dialogue. Thanks for giving us this wonderful Valentine's Day design!
