Thirty squares for thirtysomething!
A solo space designed for a thirtysomething who lives a busy life in the city. They had thirty square meters and they used every inch of it to create an up market solo studio apartment. They used clever ideas to maximize storage and to create a flow from space to space without feeling short of storage or cramped in the space. Effective zones were created for cooking, dining, living, bathing and sleeping in one solo space of thirty square meters and it looks sophisticated enough for any yuppie to brag about!

In the solos space different zones was created for cooking, dining and sleeping and a small but very functional bathroom was the only space behind a door....be that a sliding door that also functions as a full length mirror. By using dividing wall cabinets and platforms, the storage was maximized!

Bathroom
Wall storage in the bathroom to keep all the toiletries on hand.
The shower and vanity use the same area in the style of a wet room. With the clever use of different levels creating a good flow and distribution of water.
In the toilet area storage was created by building a wall cupboard around it making it float against the wall.
OtherRoom
The sliding door of the bathroom takes no extra space in the room and was cleverly utilized as mirror for the bedroom dressing area.
The bed was raised onto a platform with an enormous amount of storage under and around it. The wall height was not compromised and there still are enough moving space in the area.

Storage under the bed just reached a new level of excellence!
Even the smallest of fireplace!
The clever use of a bay window maximized the seating area, making it look spacious and welcoming. It is also a very good source of extra storage space.
The rounded edges of the furniture makes for a good flow and no bumping into sharp corners!
Kitchen area was well equipped with all the necessary! Bar fridge under counter and lots of storage space.
The dining space provides extra seating and is can very conveniently also used as an office area.
Of course there is an extra big television! And the smallest pop of color!
