Level up and down
The challenge in this apartment was to use the different levels in the best way possible. The aim was to create a good flow between the different spaces and managing the stepping up up and down into the sunken spaces as seamlessly as possible. The aim also was to keep to create a feeling of calm and tranquility and to keep the feeling of space in the rooms. They managed that by keeping the decor as minimal as possible, but choosing pieces with high impact in certain spaces. The color scheme was kept as neutral and limited as possible and was balanced with soft cork and wood tones.

Bathroom
In the bathroom they used the forest green finger tiles to create feature walls. The use of bay windows at strategic places also helped with the creation of extra space.

This is an outdoor bar area outside the kitchen area.

Glass screens was used in strategic places to make the best of the views onto the city.

In the bedroom the sunken area was used to create the sleeping area, making that a real feature in the room.
The dressing area in the room was kept on the same level as the bathroom, helping with the flow of the room. The color scheme was kept light and minimal and they used one painting as a big feature point in the room.

Stepping up from the front door to enter into the open plan kitchen. dining and living areas.
In the kitchen they had to use the space as best as possible by combining the kitchen island with a dining table.
The office area was created on the same level as the kitchen area.

The big sunken living room is well designed and furnished to fit the needs of the owners.
From the specially placed bay window, the city view is a big feature for the space.
The kitchen area flows out onto the balcony and onto the outdoor bar....well placed for entertaining.
