On December 17, 2025, 777 PHP was automatically deducted from my GCash account. I accidentally subscribed after the free trial and did not intend to continue the paid subscription. W dniu wczorajszym próbowałam anulować subskrybcję Pro, której finalnie nie anulowałam z uwagi na konwersacje z asystentką AI i jej zbędne pytania. Dzisiaj dostałam powiadomienie o pobraniu płatności za subskrypcję. Nie ukrywam, że jestem dość zdegustowana tą sytuacją. Nie potrzebuję na tą chwilę wersji Pro. Powodem rezygnacji były finanse, a mimo że pamiętałam o anulowaniu to przez asystentkę nie dokończyłam tego procesu.
Uprzejme proszę o anulowanie subskrypcji Pro i zwrot środków na konto.

Hello, our monthly plans will renew automatically each month, and after cancelled, the remain days of the current month will continue be active, until the paid month come to the end. And here shows you the way how to cancel: find the subscription on 'My Workspace' page, and choose the subscription you want to cancel.
