743.99㎡ Design Concept:"Teatralka Denny" is a private art gallery that combines small architectural forms and contemporary visual arts. The gallery's concept is based on the idea of synesthesia between space and objects, creating a unique atmosphere for the interaction of modern interiors with art. Spatial Solution. The gallery is divided into several zones: 1. Staircase and Hall. A complex geometric space with a cloakroom, restroom, and soft benches where visitors are greeted by the gallery's exhibits. A sophisticated art lighting system is included. 2. Main exhibition area. An open space with a complex, adjustable lighting scheme. 3. Second exhibition hall. 4. Theater hall with 70 seats. 5. Guest area. 6. Workshops. Separate rooms for art work and storage of materials and works. 7. Relaxation and presentation area: an "inner garden" with a phytowall and fountain. 8. Office area with two offices, a reception area and a utility room. AI Function Application:The primary use of artificial intelligence is focused on the main exhibition area and the second exhibition hall. The open-plan spaces feature a complex, adjustable lighting scenario, where AI integration helps adjust light intensity and color rendering for maximum comfort in the gallery. Dynamic lighting using LED technology changes color and intensity depending on the time of day and the mood of the space. Integration of lighting installations that respond to visitor movement. The color palette features desaturated shades from the HS logo, and the logo itself serves as a prototype for the art gallery's corporate identity. The garage leads straight into the storage room / pantry and laundry room, for ease of loading / unloading the car. The house has several accesses all around.

Seaweed has been grown for many years to harvest its crops for medicine and food sources. It is also being produced as an alternative fossil fuel to produce a revolutionary form of fuel ... that is kind to the planet. This semi floating 5 storey vertical farm is my vision of what a seaweed farm could look like as we strive to make the world a safer and more sustainable habitat.

Once this was a family home, but now it's used as an Air BNB and you'll soon see why it's called the house with the thousand steps! The house has three stories and a roof pavilion on the third story which can be accessed from the third story landing space, or with an impressive staircase from the bottom of the garden all the way up. Three spacious bedroom suites was spread out onto the top two levels, each with a small balcony attached. Enough living spaces, big kitchen and a lush garden. All on the hilltop with an expansive view. The inspiration was shades of brown and natural wood.

La intención fue plasmar un sitio en el cual ofrecen variedad de comidas, de las cuales los clientes podrían elegir a su gusto, con un espacio en el cuál también se podría ir a pasar el rato con amigos, solo o a estudiar, debido a los asientos y la vista con la que cuenta.

Hello and welcome to my store design for the contest! For this design, I wanted I nice cozy little furniture shop. I thought that some nice, warm lighting would look nice. There is a tiny little loft above it. This design was entered for the #StoreContest. When I rendered the pictures, for some reason the staircase wasn't connected to the loft, but it was when I go back to edit. I'm not sure why. Anyway, please enjoy!

There are two bedrooms and on the upper floor a living room and a sun deck.It is decorated in a coastal style mixed with my own style. Bright colors and shades of blue.
