Abandoned House (Now Renovated)
This is an old abandoned house design I wanted to do. It's kind of old, it's overgrown, and the lights don't work so some of the non-window rooms are lit with a flashlight. Come explore this old place, and let's try to find out about the people who have been here before us. 😊 (New twist! Someone has bought and renovated the house! New pictures to follow! Living and Dining Room
This here is the old living room. No one has lived here for quite some time, but some of the furniture is still here from when they moved out. All the lights and electricity is out, so carry a flashlight as you go.
Who is Kit? When was she here? Did she use to live here or is she just another explorer like us? 🤔
I wonder who won that tic-tac-toe game. Was this also Kit? Who was playing with her, or did she play by herself?
The new homeowners have really made a difference in this house! The walls have been cleaned and repainted and the space is furnished with very warm and inviting furniture! Not at all like the dusty sheet-covered ones before!
The theme of this living room is something like modern/comfy shapes and boho/minimalistic colors with a rustic clock to hint back at the original state of the home and old times. Also, throughout the house the ceiling has been replaced with a new wallpaper pattern very similar to the one before 🥰
Kit's message and the tic-tac-toe game are gone and replaced with a fresh coat of paint and lovely entrance furnishings. A mirror because one must always check themselves before they leave the house! 😂 Also a cute plant wall adds life to this formerly dead house.
This is a view into the kitchen from the hallway! The renovators opened up the wall more and added bay window seating to accommodate more seating in the small kitchen.
Master Bedroom
We've now entered the master bedroom. Who is the little girl in the picture on the wall? We saw it earlier in the living room. Did she live here once? Is she still here? Is she Kit? 🤔 🤔 🤔
Of all the things in this room, the dress is the most mysterious. Why is it still here? Why did it get left behind? What is the significance of it being here? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Out with the old and in with the new! The space is now much less dark and depressing and is inviting and modern! The people decided to keep the original light fixture because it looked pretty and magical.
The room was so overgrown with plants before, so the mood of the planty room had to stay in the renovations! There are shades of green and earthy colors all around and a bookshelf with plenty of plants on it as well!
Kitchen
You shine your flashlight into the kitchen. The place has molded and worn out with time.
The plot thickens. Who wrote this? It looks like they used kitchen grease to write it.
The kitchen is so clean and bright now! With the added window, you can now see there was a swing behind that wall. The people just had to keep it! It was so charming to just swing in and imagine what the family before them did in this home!
The kitchen is small but functional. The people love coffee so a small coffee area is designated on the sparse countertop. Also, new light fixtures can be seen in both renders prior to this one and they look ✨divine✨
Bedroom
Here is another bedroom with a mystery leave behind. Why did the bunny get left behind? Did it belong to the little girl in the picture? Where are the people who lived here before? Why did they leave?
Of all the rooms, this one is the only room where the lights seem to still work.

Wow! The mystery child's bedroom has a whole new life breathed into it now! If this was Kit's room, I'm sure she'd love it now. The room feels very relaxing and dreamy, the perfect place to play and sleep at night 🥰
The new little girl loves stuffed animals too! The old bunny is kept in the box.
Bathroom
You shine your flashlight in the bathroom. This room may be the most beautiful in the house. For whatever reason, roses have grown in this room. Must be the fertilizer 😏 😉 😅
Hey! No more roses! The layout of the bathroom has changed some, but it works for the new family in this home! Here's to hoping they have a wonderful life in this home! The house has a new life now (Though we still know little about its old life...)
