With 2022 now behind us, Designers are excitedly implementing the new design trends for 2023. I decided to try some of these ideas on the lower level of unit one of this newly built Townhouse complex I designed for a friend a few months ago. According to the pros.....here is what we can expect to see this year.

Earth tone color combos are ideal if you want to give personality to the façade of your design.
Living Room
We can expect to see more bold tile designs. Because of its fun retro vibe, Terrazzo tiles are back even stronger than before.
Unexpected right? They weren't lying when they said 2023 is the year to be bold. Expect to see a lot more curved dining chairs. They bring balanced to what can appear to be a typical rectangular space.
Added to the space are natural stone countertops, gold accented bathroom fixtures, back lighting on mirrors and eye catching light fixtures. Last but definitely not least, designers are saying that colorful sinks are instant mood boosters.
Focused on sustainability, expect to see more natural wood finishes, and more comfortable seating especially since life has taken on a more hybrid flex schedule.
According to Dutch Boy, Rustic Greige is their color of the year. They say it pairs well with today's trending earth-tone paint colors. I tend to agree. Thanks Dutch Boy!
Here we go! According to the pros.. Designers are embracing bold statement cabinet colors. Colors that were never thought of as suitable. The idea is to make their kitchens feel more personal rather than staged for some open house.
Paired with the bold colored cabinets are eye catching metallic backsplashes, and oversized gold accented fixtures.
Expect to see more natural stone countertops and table tops.
Because of advancing technology, smart appliances will be ever more popular.
Dramatic light fixtures, as well as incorporating light wherever possible is also recommended.
If you have to work from home, give your workspace some flair!

Ну, что ж, если это не духовка, а посудомоечная машина, то на мой взгляд ее размещение все же не комфортное. Кухня большая и удобно расположить прибор можно было в ином месте, а не в углу.
По поводу рабочего места, - возможно не видя четко размеров, я могу ошибаться на счет неудобств его расположения. И все же, работать под где-то лестницей, на мой взгляд не комильфо.
А в целом, повторюсь, дизайн и особенно цветовые решения очень мне понравились. Удачи!
