#HSDA2021Residential - Industrial two-story home
I wanted to try something a little more complicated for this. I love the industrial loft look with the vintage furniture. This is a two story industrial home with three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath upstairs along with a reading nook, and then the office, another half bath that I forgot to get renders of, garage, kitchen (I custom did the base cabinets), dining, living area, and small outdoor area downstairs.

Well, it keeps telling me I haven't created a floor plan but I assure you I have, lol. So I guess all I can give you is the side shot aerial.
All the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the laundry and a reading/lounge area. The main living areas are down, along with the office.

Bedroom
This is the first bedroom - not the master - upstairs, done in earthy tones.
This girl is more of a clothes horse than her sisters, so she got a closet plus a wardrobe.
Master Bathroom
The master bathroom, divided from the master bedroom by a walk-in closet, done in concrete and sleek black with copper accents.
Garage
I'm a Jeep girl, so the parents drive Jeeps!
Lounge
The reading nook upstairs.
HS decided this was part of the reading nook area, but it's actually a linen closet outside the second full bathroom and the half bath.
Bedroom1
This is actually the third bedroom. This girl loves flowers and butterflies, which is the theme.
Second Bedroom
This is the bedroom next to the earthy-toned one. I went with shades of blue for this one.
Library
HS doesn't have an office as a choice, so I went with library for the tag. This is the home office in the downstairs.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom. Opulently appointed with a hanging bed, a bookcase, chaise lounge, bedding trunk, and other assorted items.

The master has its own private balcony, and lots of lush greenery.
Dining Room
For whatever reason, HS did away with my nice, neat divided rooms and made everything the dining area. This is the living room and kitchen, from the dining area.
The kitchen, which I'm pretty proud of.
A look down the hallway to the office on the left, the stairs to the second floor by the office, the half bath on the left, and the garage door on the right. The main entrance is straight ahead.

This is the half bath upstairs, which has the laundry also.
