The Indoor Pool, is styled in minimalist design to ensure a non-obstructed full window view of the outdoor and beach horizon. The layout and concept of this pool gives emphasis on relaxation and wonderful place to refresh and revitalize for a new day or regenerate after a full day.

Just right across the living room is the Indoor Pool, this space center stage is not only the unique pool shape but as well a full wall floor to ceiling glass wall that showcase a full view of the outdoor and a glimpse of the beach horizon. This gives a seamless view setting from inside to outside.

Kitchen

The Kitchen, has a concept of open flow layout that creates multiple sections or designated areas without a formal wall division. Showcases raw material choices with an effortless collaboration of a casual & luxury setting.

(3) the walkthrough style Coffee/Breakfast station and Pantry for dry goods and for refrigeration; as well consist of kitchen cabinetry for small kitchen equipments/appliances and housewares .

The floor to ceiling glass windows on both sides builds the assumption of space openness and continues flow of each connected areas and served as a connection to the outdoor environment at the same gracing the full areas of natural light.

(2) the casual breakfast corner suitable for morning coffee or coffee/tea breaks or even just for reading corner.

The Storage, provided with enough storage shelving and left the rest of the space untouched for more space of storing equipments, furnishings or all necessary items dedicated for the event.

A small addition but makes a total difference; a lazy sofa good enough for your breaks & relaxation, full length window that deliver a good view to unwind & creates a calming effects when needed & brings in a good amount of natural light that is of greater importance with our health aspects.

Greater possibilities, that our days are spent mostly in this space so it is essential that this space provides not only the necessary functions but as well to give ourself a break and unwind to relieved pressure and stress.

The Home Office, is a small and cozy office with a unique concept.
With the current global lifestyle that mostly are in remote work and online learning due to the adversities we are all facing, so home office becomes an integral part of our homes.

The Common Toilet and Laundry combined, fully equipped laundry and sanitary necessities, integrated in a stylish manner to give the daily chores an uplift.
It is located just next to the home office and dining area for a better accessibility in a logical stand point and needs.

Minimal and on trend, natural earthy tones with appealing color contrast, focus on choices, arrangement and efficiency; are the main factors of that was given a careful consideration, planning and design implementation.

The 2nd Bedroom, has a very odd semi-triangular polygon shape and a small space yet delivers a tasteful interior, spacious layout and complete necessity. Just as all other spaces in the house the vision of tranquility and relaxation was at most importance in this unique space.

The Main Living Entrance(2nd level), has a trendy, futuristic and cool look due to its funky stairs and design style yet nature connected.

Thanks to it’s wall to wall half view glass wall, this entrance transcends a feeling of being submerged into it scenery.You will also have the benefit of seeing sun rises and falls in every position through the day, with the glimpse of the beach horizon, as a planned vicinity fir this property.

Event area with semi- outdoor/ Main Entrance

The Main House Entrance ( GF level), is very simple and straight forward design approach. A double door sliding door for the entry and on the left hand side of the entrance is the space savvy and cool trendy open mud room ,which is built under the stairs.

To the right side from the entrance, is the receiving area. Allocated for receiving guest to ensure less interaction of your guest with your private living spaces or to receive your guests for your events and gatherings.

Passing through the receiving area is the wooden panel lighted feature wall and this walking path leads you t o the event area and outdoor deck.

The Kitchen Bar, fully equipped and functional kitchen with bar amenities, essential feature for your events. This kitchen bar stands out with it’s style and function at the monochromatic theme makes it blend in well with the surrounding or with your event design set-up.

The Event Area, spacious and with a good size for holding your events and gatherings, either small or large functions which give enough possibility of implementing social distancing. It has the advantage of direct access and continues flow to the outdoor deck to carry out event successfully.

The blank space gives way to an easier incorporation of the event’s design set-up and decor, for a fully personalized event.

Master Bathroom

The Master Bathroom, a spa-like experience despite of its long & narrow limited space. The tub area is elevated near the window for a vacation vibe. Custom built vanity w/ a large mirror and counter that extends to near the window with continues flow of the view & reflecting of natural light.

Leaner vanity counter for a space savvy purpose but with it’s length it doesn’t compensate counter space. Likewise, this design have no compromise with the sink size for efficiency.
Despite of its small space it still leaves a a big and luxurious design impact.

This bathroom as well has a glass enclosed shower, glass wall cabinet and glass sliding door along with the wide large mirror which creates the open feel of the space and less constricted to its actual foot print.

Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom, natural elements, pattern, textures, colors & materials plays an important role for the overall look & feel of the space. Showcases a dark wood-ends panel feature wall & low wooden bed platform for the natural look.

This bedroom also has a bio fireplace , situated right under the TV, on a built-in wall to wall low concrete bench that serves as a seating in lieu of a full sofa set or any type of multiple seating for a space savvy option.

A wardrobe system is perfectly placed just next/infront of the bathroom to the give an illusion of a walk-in wardrobe.

There was no comprises taken into account in designing this bathroom which is evident from having a good size shower without feeling cramped and overcrowded, by utilizing well the odd section of this space.

Careful design planning was the key to achieve a full efficiency and application of the vision of the design concept.
In result, a fully complete functional and stylish bathroom at the same time soothing and calming space.

The 2nd Bathroom, just as the master bathroom, also has a limited space. A short and narrow space with quite an odd shape yet delivers a luxurious spa-like dream bathroom. Every selection matters in this tight space and a well thought out layout to maximize every inch.

Living Room / Dining/ Hallway/ Receiving Area

The living room feature a full wall low biofireplace, a floor to ceiling media unit with wooden panels and 2 floor to ceiling glass windows that keeps this space well lit, essential to this moody interior.

This living room is a semi-open concept with a direct connection to the Indoor Pool and Kitchen. This space has two access point to go the Kitchen, from this perspective on the left access point leads directly to the dining area and on the right access passing thru the pantry/beverage station

The Living Room is design with “Less is more approach” Keeping to the most necessity requirement for this space but not compromising its functionality and style.

Breaking the common band of dining table set, instead different choices for table and chairs was chosen to be applied here but still collectively harmonious together.

Clean and neat, fuss- free interior that exudes a very relaxing ambience and space

In The Dining Area, the focus was less on ornamentation and shift to the necessity, functionality, comfortability and relaxed dining. The choices and combinations was vital to achieve the vision for this area.

Another full view window and directly parallel to the dining seating to stimulate a more enjoyable dining experience.

Casual and minimal Entry Seating, for a peaceful mood and stimulate calmness as you come home or leave home.

The Garage, this garage is not just a space for the vehicles but also house a small workshop for fixing and repairs.
