Refund Request for Pro Subscription-Recursos-Homestyler Forum

Hello, I would like to request a refund for the Pro subscription I purchased on September 25, 2026.

I purchased Pro because I thought it would allow me to use the feature to import my project from my Individual account to my Team account, but after upgrading, I found that this feature was still unavailable.

I have already canceled my subscription and would now like to request a full refund for the payment.

Hello, we have cancelled and made the refund to you, the process will be completed in a week, please check later. And we recommend that you do not submit a refund dispute on your own, as this will significantly delay the time it takes for you to receive the refund, and you may have to wait up to one month.
