Unable to cancel Styler Auto Renew subscription-Preguntas y respuestas-Homestyler Forum

Dear Support Team

I would like to cancel my Homestyler subscription and disable automatic renewal immediately.

My account shows that I am currently on the Basic plan and that my subscription has expired. However, I am still being charged $12 every month, and my order history shows these payments as “Styler Auto Renew (renewal)”.

There is no “Cancel Auto Renew” option available in my account, so I am unable to cancel the recurring subscription myself.

Could you please manually cancel the subscription and disable all future automatic renewals and charges?

Please confirm here or by email once the cancellation has been completed.

Hi, on this account < evamarie.heinrich@gmail.com >, you used to have a 'Styler' subscription, and now it has been canceled and expired, there will be no further charges occured again, here to certify.
