About 30 minutes ago, I accidentally deleted all of my design projects on Homestyler. These projects contained a VERY large amount of time, effort, and detailed work.
The deletion happened because I believed I was only removing duplicate copies. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the files I deleted were actually the original designs. I am therefore desperately hoping that it may still be possible to restore these files... But I canot find how.
Since the deletion occurred only about half an hour ago, I would be extremely grateful if there is any way the team could recover these designs or revert my account to the previous state. Recovering this work would mean a great deal to me.
For the future, I would also like to suggest adding a stronger safeguard for deleting important files. In my case, there was no confirmation dialog or warning explaining that the deletion was permanent or asking whether I was absolutely sure. Given how much work can go into these designs, an additional confirmation step could help prevent situations like this.
I am currently very distressed about losing this work and would deeply appreciate any help anyone can provide as quickly as possible.
