Dear Homestyler Support Team, I am a Master plan subscriber and I am currently experiencing persistent technical issues with my account. Since last night, multiple 4K renders have remained stuck in “Queuing” status for many hours without progressing. Additionally, when attempting to use the Construction Drawing feature, the system repeatedly crashes and logs me out. Please help.

When I open my project, it freezes immediately and crashes. I am unable to work on it or export final renders.
This is not related to my network or browser:
• Internet connection is stable
• Cache cleared
• System updated
• Tested on multiple browsers
• VPN is off
The crash happens only inside Homestyler and only with my project. I need to deliver this project to my client urgently. As a Master Plan subscriber, I expect immediate investigation on your side, as this appears to be a server or platform instability issue. Please check the system status and my account/project as soon as poss
