Request for Resolution: Access Issue with Pro Package Purchase

I purchased the Pro package from your platform, expecting to have access to all the features and resources included. However, I've noticed that several components that were initially accessible to me are now restricted, and I'm being prompted to pay additional charges to regain access to them.


This situation is quite frustrating for me as a customer. I made the initial investment in the Pro package with the expectation that it would provide comprehensive access to the features I need. Now, being asked to pay again for elements I previously purchased feels unjust and undermines the value of my original purchase.


I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly. It's important to me that I receive the full benefits of the package I've already paid for without encountering unexpected charges for previously included features.
