Trying to create an outdoor walled patio, but am not able to fill in the floor of the outdoor patio?

The floor remains "open space" and I can't figure out how to fill in the floor.

The patio is an extension at the back of the main floor.

There is no basement below the patio area.

In order to have a floor, you have to create a room and change the wall height to 4" (lowest HS will allow). Or you can create your patio using custom modeling. Or create an outdoor area and then use custom modeling to make pad/floor.

All of a sudden, the walls in my space are locked. Can't move/alter them at all. I may have accidentally hit a prompt to lock them? Is there a way to unlock them?

Could you create the outdoor patio as a room, but with the walls set to partial and with a very small height ?
