Hi, I have imported a .skp model. It seems that the upload finished correctly, bu it don't show up not in the preview and not in the imported model page. Help? thx in advance

I've checked that you can use SketchUp desktop app for file conversion into "2019". You have to operate in the 30-days trial mode. Since it is possible to create unlimited numer of the new SketchUp's accounts, you just have to repeat this action monthly 🤫

Not sure what you are asking. FYI: HS will not accept 2019 and newer .skp files at this time. Therefore the site is useless until HS updates. @ H G

Hello Grace, it really look like there is no option anymore in SketchUp for downloading models as 2019. Could you please elaborate on how to click it through at https://app.sketchup.com/app?

Make sure the .skp file is 2019 or older. HS will not load 2020-2022 but you can use the online Sketchup app to re download as 2019. https://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-for-web.....Have both sites in tabs on browser, sign in to 3Dwarehouse.sketchup.com, download the model. Then go to the app site and open model (you can edit model) and then download model as 2019. Then upload the 2019 version to HS.

Hi Grace, ok I'll check the mesh. Anyway it looks like you can even import .skp files, tha's what the file extention of my model is.

There is an error with the model: model is broken, model has too many parts, model does not have a .max file. Click on 'view causes of failure' and see what the reasons and take appropriate actions.
