How do I create the roof?

Like this one? I have created it by adding an extra floor, drawing the roof in Interior Modelling and finally hiding the walls of the extra floor.

I don't know if you can anymore. It looks like in the older tutorial videos you could customize a roof, but now you can't. Sucks

And how do you make that roof like I have no clue how Interior modeking works
