Ferrol

Ferrol is a small city in the northwest of Spain. Modernism was established in Ferrol in the first decades of the 20th century, giving a radical turn to the prevailing classicism in the center of the city. Despite the fact that modernism in Spain is preferably established in the east, Ferrol has 30 modernist buildings designed by the architect Rodolfo Ucha. These buildings are kept inhabited and in perfect maintenance condition. This design tries to capture the interior of one of these buildings preserving the essence of the modernist spirit
