This is the men's bathroom. Colors used were more masculine and décor focused to get the same result.
Toiletries are for men also.......
This space in the middle of the building with it's curved walls were interpreted as the boardroom. It's where the bosses gets to play..... 😉😉😀. The room are used for big presentations and important meetings......
And when the bosses don't boss......they sit on this extraordinary comfortable sofas and enjoy themselves while talking about life.....and wives....and scores??
This bathroom was designed for the ladies. It was decorated with a little bit more of an feminine vibe....and a little bit more space!
On the rooftop terrace they designed a rooftop coffee shop and outdoor space for the everybody to come and hang out. Work or play.....anything goes!
The office floor was divided in different zones for different activities and different functions as was showed by the following pictures. In this picture you are in the entrance lobby where there's a reception desk and a small reception area.
By entering the building on the right you'll find this area that was designed for presentations on a big screen. The room was styled with comfortable theatre style chairs and the necessary technical support to do the presentations seamlessly. And of course the big screen movie sometimes...??
Plant walls was used throughout the building....and the picturesque views from the windows are like art itself!
This area was created on the side of a very busy and productive working station.....for that little downtime when you need to sit with your feet up and give your head some space....
This is the working station that goes with the sofa in the previous picture. The desks were organized in a way which makes it possible to collaborate, but also to work independently when it calls for that.

In this picture the under stairs area was used to house the all important photocopy station......You can also see the transition from one side of the office floor to a next section.

This section of the office floor the big windows was used as backdrop for the working stations. It has a wonderful light and airy feeling with the double height ceiling space.

Top of the stairs looking down....
This is the open office on the top floor. This space was designed for those who love to work with others and who needs people to bounce their thoughts off and get as much ideas out as fast as possible. Big screen provided for presentations.
The work table with it's organic shape is perfect for collaboration and working together on projects, pulling chairs up and together in as much zones they want to.
And from this open office you flow out onto the rooftop terrace......time for coffee!
