Unlike a modern laboratory, the residential and working module is a complex of the most natural materials - wooden logs, which is very important in the northern territory.
For daylight there is a sunroof. Additional heat is provided by the fireplace.
Ground floor - workspace. The second floor – the attic – is hidden from prying eyes and winds.
The modern research building is located on four floors, two of which are underground.
Lighting of the building is minimal, in order to avoid light pollution of the territory.
In the Central Building there are cafes on the first floor, and on the second floor - the main hall - an auditorium.
Central hall with three staircases. One - connects the first two floors. The second is two underground ones. And the third with a ramp is located in the elevator zone. The stairs are visually separated by a mirror wall.

These houses come in two types.
The first - with a working area of the first floor, the second type - a fully residential module with a kitchen and living room.
