This entire living space is really just a kitchen/diner but by adding the window seat and balcony it has the feel of a more spacious apartment.The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of work surfaces and cabinets…take two steps up and you’re in the dining section which opens onto a small balcony area. The apartment is accessed by a lift directly into the entrance area.
