"Would you go on a journey through an electric desert?" A man wearing a dark coat asked. Lightning flashed behind him, revealing a shining metallic head under the hood of a coat, with two neon eyes beaming menacingly.
"What for," a young girl asked, her deep blue eyes curious and brave.
"Nothing for you," the man responded. "But you might just save the lives of some people. You'll never meet them if you turn away. But if you go, you could save them, and you could meet them. But it will be a long journey. And risky."
The girl smiled. "Risky? I'm definitely going!"
