This concept set explores eight unique façade options for a property development project, each tailored to suit a range of buyer styles while maintaining overall cohesion across the estate. We worked through various combinations of cladding, brick, and roof finishes to offer flexibility in tone—from warm neutrals to modern greys—while ensuring each design felt polished and balanced. Key decisions included: • Introducing subtle texture shifts across facades (e.g. light brick vs weatherboard) • Balancing modern colour palettes with timeless roofline structures The variety allows potential buyers to visualise how their future home could look—styled to suit their own personal aesthetic while fitting within a unified neighbourhood design.
