My personal rendition, immersion within its surroundings. A design concept that revolves around of being among its environment reflected from the design and building elements as well as its layout.
Floor Plan 102.6㎡
A one bedroom house with sunken living room, entry hall way, L-shaped kitchen along with breakfast island counter, 6-seater dining, bedroom and bathroom. It is an open space yet gives focus on making distinction of each areas as individual spaces.

Living/Dining & Kitchen
An up close view of the sunken living room. Creating this update gives a full space fully dedicated to the seating area and gives an illusion to the whole place to be wider and bigger than it's actual footprint.
The sunken living room is composed with sectional seating with built-in stairs, circular coffee table, chaise lounge, fireplace and wall TV unit.
Keeping all the spaces with heavy traffic all in the same level with good layout gives these areas ample space and distance for a better flow and pathway.
Kitchen area with L-shaped base which holds enough storage, sink and dishwashing. The breakfast island holds all cooking necessities, from the double induction plate, oven, mini refrigerator, microwave, cabinets and double exhaust.
Dining area is just across the kitchen and right above the living room. With a unique combination of seating, table, lighting and artwork makes this an eclectic showstopper.
To give the entry length in its space, it is kept bare in sense of regularities. A glass framed glass partition is added on the of the living room to seclude and give it its own area. A focal point placed on the other side which gives the colour highlight from the contrasting colours in the house.
Bedroom
The bedroom despite of its small size it is complete and functional.
The bedroom has an all-in-one style with bathroom separated only with privacy/ wall screen. It has a full-size bed, full-body mirror, a wardrobe, a full shower space, toilet and vanity. Paired with good lighting from natural and artificial, ample ventilation and wall-to-wall drainage.
