Dear Homestyler users, we feel sorry to inform you that Homestyler V.1 will be offline soon!!!

Since the V.1 version is too old, we will no longer maintain the designs of V.1.

We sincerely hope that users with V.1 designs can upgrade the design version to the latest version as soon as possible to avoid the loss of designs.

Sorry for the inconvenience we might caused to you, and thank you very much for your attention and support to Homestyler~

🤔How to upgrade the V1 version design to the latest version?

1. Find "My Design" in the avatar drop-down and click into

2. In the design list, find the design labeled V.1 and click Edit Design

3. When you enter the floorplanner, you will be prompted to continue upgrading to the new version, just click "OK".

When I try to open v1 designs it just says "failed to load", it doesn't give me the option to upgrade it to the new version. What do I do?

This helped for me: 1. Go to My Designs 2. Make sure you are on the Web Designs tab (not the All tab) - this is where the V1 was showing for me 3. Choose your design, select Edit Design 4. Click OK on the message about converting to newest version 5. The design doesn't load this time, you get a message at the top in Chinese(?) 6. Go to My Designs again 7. A new copy of the design that was just updated should appear in your Designs. Mine had v2_ added in front of the design name 8. With this updated design, select Edit Design and your updated design will (hopefully) now load Good luck!

Hello, I don't have any V1 design button in the description of the projects along with the views and the likes. I am not prompted to continue upgrading to the new version (that Notice window doesn't turn up!!). Could you help, please? Thank you in advance.

If the project does not have a v1 tag, there is no need to upgrade.

Da Pc non è visibile nulla di quanto riportato sull'esempio sopra...probabilmente i simboletti sotto al design appaiono se ti colleghi da smartphone e se i tuoi progetti sono pubblici...se apro i progetti non mi chiede di aggiornare nulla...in pratica ci cancellerete tutti i progetti? Forse la modifica la possono fare solo gli abbonati?
